Brosso is a very nice village: the view from place in front of the church of S. Michele, up on top of the village, is stunning.
The ruins of the old castle of Brosso can be seen near the cemetery. It was destroyed in 1386 during the revolution of Tuchini, who fought against the lords of Canavese.
The name Tuchini comes from the motto of the rebels: Tucc un, all for one.
The famous mines of Brosso, moreover, were already exploited in the roman period.
Near the old basin where the stone used to be washed a nice waterfall can be seen. It's the Assa Waterfall,about 40 mt. high.
